Terms of service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Adloom Creative Lab platform ("Service"), operated by Seastream Media Europe, a company registered in Belgium with registered office at Pegasuslaan 5, 1831 Machelen, Belgium, VAT BE0744.730.564 ("we", "us", "Adloom").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

Adloom provides HTML5 ad creative testing, validation, and auto-correction tools. The Service analyses uploaded creative files, generates compliance reports, detects clickTag implementations, and can automatically fix common issues. Adloom does not guarantee that creatives will be accepted by any specific ad server, DSP, or platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@adloom.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of the creatives you upload. You must have the right to upload and test the creative files. You agree not to upload malicious code, content that violates applicable laws, or material that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Monthly plans are charged at the start of each billing cycle. Annual plans are charged upfront for the full year and are non-refundable once payment has been processed. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.1 Plan upgrades

When you upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately. A prorated charge is applied for the price difference covering the remaining days in your current billing cycle.

5.2 Plan downgrades

When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain full access to your current plan features until then. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days on the higher plan.

5.3 Additional team members

Pro and Agency plans include a set number of team members (5 and 20 respectively). Additional users may be added at $15/month (Pro) or $10/month (Agency) per extra seat. When a new member is added mid-cycle, a prorated charge is applied for the remaining days.

5.4 Extra usage and overage charges

If extra usage is enabled, scans beyond the monthly allowance are billed at the overage rate for your plan (Starter: $0.25/scan, Pro: $0.20/scan, Agency: $0.15/scan). You may set a monthly spending cap. Overage charges are added to your invoice at the end of each billing cycle. If extra usage is not enabled, scans are blocked once the monthly allowance is reached.

6. API access

API plans are subject to the rate limits and quotas described in our documentation. API keys are confidential; you must not share them with unauthorised parties. We reserve the right to revoke API access if we detect abuse, excessive error rates, or usage that degrades the Service for other users.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the creative files you upload. Adloom does not claim ownership of your content. We use your files solely to provide the Service (testing, validation, fixing). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your files as necessary to deliver the Service.

The Adloom platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Seastream Media Europe and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Adloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Adloom in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance or updates that temporarily affect the Service. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay outstanding fees. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except as required by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
